Cheryl is a Fellow of the CIPD
Cheryl has 16 years of experience in HR specialising in HRD and OD within the public and private sector.
Cheryl began her career at the grassroots level in HR, working tirelessly and diligently, so that she achieved her goal of a senior executive position at a comparatively young age.
After several successful initiatives, Cheryl realised that her knowledge, experience and ability to marshal enthusiasm, empathy and objectivity provided her with a keen insight and relevant competence. She now employs these skillsets to tackle even bigger projects in the HRD and OD areas. She enjoys working as a professional HRD consultant on her own behalf as well as being part of multi-disciplinary team.
As a qualified executive coach and 360 feedback facilitator, Cheryl has acquired a reputation as follows:

- for uncovering root problems and developing relevant and effective solutions
