Since 1992 John has used the StrategA Cube Model and his experience to help organisations improve their performance. He promotes the Cube Model as a framework to generate ongoing growth and sustainable productivity.

John devised the Cube Model in 1980 to meet a practical need. He devised the Cube model as the framework to assemble a multi-disciplinary team whilst working in the banking sector. His team had transformed banking in the UK.

John quit banking in 1991 and founded StrategA in 1992.
