Kevin Secerov-Polley

Kevin's expertise has been gained from his extensive experience in the public and charity sectors.

On completion of his B.Sc. in Psychology and Social Sciences at Swansea University, Kevin worked as a front line worker in the NHS in the field of mental health. As a Senior Manager at the end of the 1990s he was tasked with the responsibility of commissioning 2 National Centres of Excellence in his specialist area of the NHS. As a consequence, he gained significant experience in the areas of recruitment, staff retention and the ongoing training and development of staff.

In 2000 he moved into specialist Children's services, audited by Ofsted. He was leading the organisation successfully when it received the accreditation "outstanding".

In 2005 he returned to Adult services becoming the CEO of a mental health charity. Following the downturn in the economic cycle, many charities have had to merge or severely reduce their services. In 2009 Kevin volunteered to leave the Charity after having secured financial viability for the immediate future.

Throughout this time Kevin has consistently developed his expertise interests in the fields of HR and commissioning of services. Kevin has significant experience in the areas of fund raising, marketing and in the fields of organisational dynamics, leadership training and development.
