Introducing The Sales Health Check
The Sales Health Check has 2 primary functions.
- The first function is to identify the strengths and limitations of an existing sales process.
- The second function is to establish action points that should be taken.
The objective of the Health Check is to improve performance and therefore, increase sales.
This Health Check was created by the Nutrition 4 Business collaboration. StrategA is a major contributor for Nutrition 4 Business and works with the other contributors in order to provide excellent products and services that improve the performance of your sales process.
How the Sales Health Check Works
The Sales Health Check Wheel identifies the 8 key areas for a healthy sales process.
The health check involves plotting your existing sales process on the wheel. The shape on the wheel indicates the current health status of your sales process.
Clearly, the most effective wheel is a circle. Naturally, a wheel that is not round will indicates a bumpy sales process. The health check identifies those bumps so that you can take action.
4 Options to Choose From
We offer 4 options for the Health Check.
Bronze provides a review of your existing sales process, plotted on the wheel. This includes a general action sheet for areas to improve your sales process.
Silver includes the bronze review. In addition, we include a specific set of action points customised to suit your business needs.
Gold includes all of the above. In addition we include follow up discussions in order to help you implement the action points and achieve an increase in sales.
Platinum includes all of the above. In addition we include the tools, training & development, technology and fully customised approach in order to help you increase your sales.
Government Funding Available
